Refund Policy

At The Bond Atelier, we are committed to delivering high-impact transformational experiences. Due to the nature of our programs, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.

1. Digital Products & Courses: All courses, workshops, and digital programs (including Silver, Gold, and Diamond memberships) are non-refundable once access has been granted. 2. Webinars & 1:1 Sessions • Webinar purchases are non-refundable. • For 1:1 sessions, rescheduling is allowed with prior notice of at least 24 hours. • Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. 3. Accidental Payments: If a payment is made accidentally, you must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 4. Technical Issues: If you face genuine technical issues preventing access to the program, our support team will assist you. Refunds will not be issued in such cases unless the issue cannot be resolved. 5. Commitment Clause: Our programs are designed for individuals committed to personal growth and transformation. Results depend on participation, implementation, and consistency.
